Mesh Modelling Exercise 1

I'm kicking off my first exercise for the Blender Flow right here on CG Cookie. My goal is to recreate the examples provided using only the techniques covered in the flow up until now, just to make sure they've really sunk in - and I can confidently say they have! I'm thoroughly enjoying this course so far, and I'm itching to dive headfirst into the next section.
