90mm Me109 semi scale wheel and tyre. Fits the 3DlabPrint Me109F3 2 ways to print the tires. 1- Easy way. print it in one piece, it has a flat side. 2- A little more work but nicer. print it in two halves (see photo) and glue them together. on the flat side lower the tire -7.50 mm through the bed. Glue only the outer and inner edges don't glue the infill. In both cases, the tyre fits tightly around the rim to prevent scuffing during landing! Rim and tire have been extensively tested and hold up very well. Tyres: I used colorFabb varioShore TPU with the following settings Flow 70% Temp 250C Bottom layer 4 Top layers 7 Shell 0.48 3x 10% infill triangular I used this rim as an example and created a new one with a matching tire in SolidWorks: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3584822
