I designed this corrugating tool to corrugate 0.1mm x 30mm nickel sheet so it can be used in a regenerator of a stirling engine. Tool can be used to corrugate aluminium foil or paper too. The corrugated sheet also makes a good metal roofing for models. Guide rails were needed for the nickel plate, and by scaling the gears width they work for other dimensions too. Guide rails are optional and they can be replaced with blank end pieces. I printed the gears with 0.5mm nozzle, so when printing with smaller nozzle sizes some tweaking may be needed for proper fit.
