Metal Gear REX Separated Parts

Hi all, this is the first model I am playing with using MeshMixer. A friend asked this printed, so I separated all parts and made them solid for printing. I need help though, not all the parts were successful, I am not able to get the rearpart fixed, once I slice it it shows multiple holes I don't know how to cover, if anyone can advise me on how to fix the part it would be very nice. Note I am still uploading all parts, I know they are huge with infinite number of triangles. :)
