Meter stick to 1/2 inch (12.4 mm) support rod parallel clamp

This is a clamp for holding a meterstick or similar object parallel to a half-inch (12.5 mm) or smaller support rod. There are features for 10-24 hex nuts to provide the clamping force with a 10-24 machine screw or thumbscrew. I use Loctite 40140 to glue the nuts in place, but any cyanoacrylate "super glue" should work fine.
