Work In Progress - any suggestions, comments etc. are welcome! This is a router template for making a MFT style table top. The MFT top is inspired by http://www.multifunctionslab.com - I encourage you to buy his plans to support him! The router jig itself is inspired by https://www.trenddirectuk.com/mft-jig The goal is to be able to route an MFT top and shelf without the need for a large CNC. A laser cutter or smaller CNC should suffice. Link to Fusion 360 file: https://a360.co/3cDl8GA - Dimensions are mostly parametric, so you can change vacuum slot width etc. To do: - Make jig for shelf - Decide if dog holes should be made with 1x 20mm cutter or just with a 12,7mm bit following the 30mm guide bushing. - Figure out where and how to put the first 5 alignment pins - Make alignment pins and dog (stl, but these might have to be turned in metal og hard plastic to be precise?) - Decide if this file should include options for taking laser kerf into consideration.
