MGN12 Linear Rail Adjustable End Stop Mount

MGN12 Linear Rail Adjustable End Stop Mount

This is a simple adjustable, clamping mount for an MGN12 linear rail. As I haven't yet finalized my plans for supporting the linear rails on my Anet E12 I went ahead and designed this mount so I could use the printer in the mean time. This places the end stop just 1mm above the MGN12 rail so it can trigger successfully from the MGN12H block. Originally I designed this to use some M2 screws to hold the limit switch but decided against it as it added too much height for how I wanted mine to work but if you have dimensions for me I'm happy to adjust it and add allowances for screws. You Will Need: 2x M3x8 screws (shorter can work, M3x8 was the shortest I had on hand) Printed at 0.2mm layer height with supports on build plate only. I highly recommend slowing down your print for the retraction heavy portion to give the layers time to cool. I ended up printing the top at one corner and the bottom at the opposite corner just to artificially add more cooling time.
