MGN12H Rail Carriage Sled Holder

MGN12H Rail Carriage Sled Holder

Was looking for a carriage holder for spare MGN12H linear rail sleds that could remove/install them directly to the rail without risking losing all the bearings. Couldn't find a printable one so i made one. This is meant to be used on an MGN12 ("H") rail but may work on other variants. The hole on the end is meant for a 4mm bolt to cut its own threads into to retain the sled while its on the holder so it cant accidentally slide or be knocked off the tool. the 46mm V1 of this was very snug but functional and is the one depicted in the actual images with the sled on it. it is a VERY snug fit but it works well as long as it is held very tightly against the rail while sliding the carriage onto it. The 46mm V2 i added a bit of extra space to the grooves which should help it slide on and off easier, although i never printed it to find out for sure. the 65mm variant is the same as the v2 but longer. These must be printed "WITH SUPPORTS-EVERYWHERE" at 0.15-0.2 (i printed at 0.15) layer height placed as shown in the Cura photos with the text facing up. The grooves must have that tolerance held to function correctly and in my printing trials the supports came out extremely easily.
