Miata Ash Tray Cup Holder Adapter

This is a new faceplate for the ahstray in older model miatas (NA models) to convert the ashtray to a cup holder. It is very secure because it uses the factory interface and it is swappable in case someone buys the car and prefers the factory parts. Simply pull out the ash tray, remove the 4 corner screws, and screw this plat in instead. I also included halves for anyone with a smaller print bed. Although you can print the halves and glue or acetone them together, I would recommend printing as one whole object if possible. Print Settings Printer: Da Vinci Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 5% Notes: I printed one at 0.3mm and 5% and it came out fine, but the edges are obviously not super smooth because of the high print height. I then printed a second one at 0.1mm and quickly brushed on and wiped off some acetone to completely smooth the finish. I have not tested any prints in any material other than ABS. I print on BuildTak bed surface (which I highly recommend, 40+ prints on this last sheet) so I can not comment on the need for brim or any edge curling. Post-Printing Used a brush to brush some acetone on the top surface, then quickly wiped away with rag (printed in abs) to smooth out surface.
