My church has two broken mic stand swivels, but I couldn't find a replacement part to order and it just seems wasteful to order new mic stands. So I got my calibers out and started measuring. After a few hours in OpenSCAD I was able to model a replacement. Five hours later and my 3D printer produce a near perfect match! Of the microphone stands we have this design is one of two styles of swivel joints. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1169967 is the other style. I am uploading the original OpenSCAD file for other to tweak if need be.
