Micro ATX Motherboard Tray (for small printers)

Micro ATX Motherboard Tray (for small printers)

thingiverse

Cut down in size for printing multiple pieces on any 220mm x 220mm printer. I noticed that thingiverse did not have any micro atx mobo tray that could be printed on a smaller printer. This will print on an Ender 3! it takes nearly 9 hours to print. The tray itself is 4mm thick to ensure a strong part. Refer to the render I have posted for assembly (render image is of the backside). The brackets print out as one piece in the same order they are assembled. Please use 4-40 x 1/2" machine screws to attached the brackets. The screw heads are recessed, however I'd still recommend standoffs to attach the mobo. If the holes are a little off you may need to calibrate your printer! I have made the holes amply large enough to accommodate tolerances of +/- .1% Failing that you can use 2-56 x 1/2" screws. I may design a case to print on smaller printers in the near future. However this will give you the basis that you need for your custom design.
