Designed to organize a combo of 9-SD cards, 18-Micro SD Cards, and 6-USB Sticks/Adapters. This organizer specifically is designed to be used with 2x 608 bearings, I know that they are way overkill but they add a nice heavy feel to the final assembled part, and I assume are the most common for people to have laying around. Printing: Base - (1H:30M) Printed @ 0.2 layer height, +70% infill to maintain rigidity of inner bearing shaft. Top - (6H) Printed @ 0.2 layer height, 50mm/s speed, 25% infill, support-yes: touching build plate only (for lower bearing pocket). 2x 608 Bearings: bearing mating surfaces are over/undersized by 0.05-0.1 respectively on printed parts to allow for easier assembly while still maintaining "press fit". Assembly: I went through 5 iterations/prototypes to get the bearing size and fitment as easy/reliable as possible, this is the final product. The inner base shaft may need minor sanding depending on your printer's quality, however, I have printed and assembled it with no sanding or glue, and I am finally happy with it. I may make a separate version that can be used with no bearings if someone doesn't want to bother with them.
