The knob that comes with the microswiss extruder is pretty tall and actually hits my z-axis top guide bracket. So I took the model and made it short, then added a gear to help with turning. The little opening on the gear lines up with the flat side of the extruder hole (5.20mm hole). For most people this is just a light weight low profile knob for the extruder, hope you like it!
