My handheld blowtorch took a dive and the safety broke in half, but luckily I was able to glue it together and take measurements. Tolerances are a little tight, but that may work to your advantage if you like your switch in the "fire" position. The spring hole is a little tight and may need widening. Clean it up to your liking and stop sanding once you have the tension you like. I printed at .06 layer height and 100% infill. P.S. Make sure you log and pay attention to the disassembly process of your torch. To get started, lift the sticker carefully that is at the top of the housing. you may also consider swapping the spring in the switch or adjusting the tension by changing the shape/depth of the hole.
