Microdelta Rework - support Hotend E3DV6
thingiverse
The E3DV6 support, designed by Keflo (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2448550), was positioned higher than the original Hexagon printer head, causing the fan on the heat sink to blow directly onto the heating cube, resulting in significant temperature fluctuations during prints (up to 5°C).\r\nTo correct this issue, I created my own support by integrating the fan to minimize temperature variations.\r\nResult: temperature variation is less than 1°C.\r\nhttps://youtu.be/HnLVqLkNwG8\r\n\r\nThis piece comes in two versions:\r\n - The first in two parts (files "B" & "C" without support), they are to be glued with cyan, assisted by the fan to harmonize assembly.\r\n - The second as a single element (file "FULL" but requires printing supports).\r\n\r\nRequires 4 screws 3x20mm.\r\n\r\nDesigned for pressurized ventilation of Sigmawolf\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2971372
