A simple but effective and useful plastics jar extender to aid in growing microgreens.
Combining a small bit of screen and a standard plastic jar thread you can position your
microgreens suspended above the water. After a few days of sprinkling with water and
covering back up with the original lid you will have new sprouts, well on their way to full
micro green status as they reach through the screen and find the water. 7-10 day to full
maturity depending on the planting.
A small design that requires no support and is printed in food safe PET-G. This takes
about an hour and 45 minutes to print and is fully functional at the draft settings of .3mm.
This is my first attempt with PET-G and original 3D designing and I find it a great
learning piece to work out your best settings for this material.

I hope you like it. Enjoy!
