Kossel and Delta machines cannot print flexible filament because of resistance in the long feeding tube and hence results in jamming of the filament at the gap between the bowden extruder gears and bearing. To print flexible filament in delta , you need: 1) Mechanical setting a) minimize feeding tube resistance by using shorter feeding tube, positioning the extruder motor such thatt least angulation during printing, use silicon oil to lubricate the tube,, adjust the compression force correctly (by fine turning of the nut or adding spring) 2) Printer configuration Hot end Temp 230 deg C Speed 15 -20 0.2 layer height Retraction 35 mm/s distance 6.5mm This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3PjS2sbbrEIof the extruder bearing correctly .. 2
