This is a compact housing unit I crafted for a miniature amplifier circuit board, which I obtained from a seller named udani32 on the eBay platform. I manufactured this enclosure using PLA through my Replicator 2 3D printer. It is crucial to print both sides with their flat sides facing downwards and set your printer's High setting at a layer height of .15mm along with supports and 15% infill for optimal results. For added stability, I highly recommend printing a raft during this process to prevent the enclosure from warping. To obtain necessary connectors, purchase male and female XLR jacks similar to this specific design. Assembly of the circuit board follows the provided instructions; position it in such a way that its pins fit snugly into pegs on the bottom section. Ensure secure power connection via the dedicated 12v source (in my case, repurposed from an AC adapter). Once powered, proceed to solder input connections as specified. Once all components are in place, place the upper segment of the enclosure over the base unit by simply snapping them together securely. Lastly, attach male and female XLR jacks into their designated receptacles, sealing them using tiny screws for added stability.
