Microphone cover for Flightcom GA headset

My dog (Oscar) decided to eat my aviation headsets. In particular he nibbled the microphones. Most of the innards are OK, so what I needed were new plastic mouldings to house a small PC board and the condenser microphone. Only complete microphones are now available (retailing anywhere from $55 to $85 per unit), hence my being keen to find a self help solution. Your wiring and connectors may be different to you may need to re-model how the wiring interacts with the mic. You can see one half of the old black microphone in the pictures. I printed this in PLA and it works well. Suggest you use the V2 file. Wishing you VFR weather!
