Microphone Shock Mount

Create a laser-cut shock mount for your SE1000A condenser microphone to reduce mechanical vibrations transferred from the stand. The assembly is relatively straightforward, but detailed instructions can be found on my blog at http://www.jens-kaufmann.net/blog/2010/05/05/diy-lasercut-microphone-shock-mount/. Manufacture the parts from MDF or PMMA (6mm) using a CO2 Laser with 40W or more, like an Epilog system. Along with these laser-cut components, you'll need a few rubber bands, one M4 bolt (15mm thread), one M4 washer, and one M4 hex nut. Also, require a M6 bolt for mounting purposes. Have fun!
