Microscope Bolt On Lamp

Microscope Bolt On Lamp

thingiverse

This is a DIY Bolt-On Lamp for microscopes. This uses three LEDs and a potentiometer to illuminate the top of a slide. The print is bolted to the microscope neck, so that the LEDs point down onto the slide. Parts: Resistor Potentiometer Barrel Jack 3 LEDs 2 M4 Bolts and Matching Nuts 4 Screws The circuit schematic is up to you, since you can use any three LED's you want. I will be printing one for white, RGB, and UV so that I can illuminate with any part of the spectrum. The potentiometer allows for some adjustment of the brightness, but always be careful and never look into a microscope if you think the light is strong enough to hurt you.
