Microscope Column ExtenderI have been using this wonderful microscope for a long time, I made a lens protection for it earlier, which is also available among the works. But this time I decided to make him an extension for the tripod column. Since I mainly use it for soldering electronics, there is a situation where you need a slightly smaller scale to get an image, but it magnifies too much that only one SMD detail is visible on the screen with the microscope fully raised. The column itself can be made in several ways: using ready-made tubes from a CO2 laser head (as in my case); using a standard aluminum anodized pipe with a diameter of 25 mm with a wall thickness of 1 mm (search in hardware stores); or buy ready-made extension cords that I found after I made my own version; or you can buy separately a high column with a long gear rack, which is more preferable (probably.. but it's not certain :) )Among the files there are both options, as well as links to ready-made tripod components. Also, a few words about the microscope itself... It has no video signal delay, this is the most important thing; the image on the screen is excellent, however, if you are interested, click on the link to see its main distinguishing characteristics on the seller's page, where you can read additional information. And a little about the assembly: in the cork for the mount, I recomend, screw the M3 screw. And then, depending on the selected tube, using glue (whatever you prefer), we glue the corks into the tube, and that's it. The grooves on the plugs are for fixing the glue in the pipe.If you liked this thing - let me know by putting like!Parts links below: Digital Microscope 7" Aluminium Column Extension Rod Bar Adjustable Holder Microscope Support Lens Tube CO2 Laser Aluminum tube 25mm(OD)x23mm(ID) (no anodized) Screws Flat Head M3x18mm and more Links to used tools: NOGA deburring tool and Blades Machine Screw Tap Set Thread Screw Tap M2/M2.5/M3/M3.5/M4/M5/M6 Color Screwdriver Kit Hexagon AB Glue Epoxy Glue E8000 Glue T9000 Super Glue 502 Required files: project-files.zip My favorites: Thank you for every tip or donation,it means great recognition for me and helps a lot to keep going!
