I was tired of having to keep track of my growing collection of MicroSD cards, so I designed this MicroSD Gear Carousel to keep them all in one place. Print Settings Printer: Powerspec Ultra 3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 15% Rectilinear Notes: I used a .2mm nozzle to print this, if using a .4mm nozzle I recommend a layer height of .2mm instead. Your bridging settings need to be on point or else this will not print well. Enabling your cooling fan during the bridging portions, at ~25% will do wonders How I Designed This I took a 11x15x1mm rectangle and did a polar array. I moved every other rectangle up 2mm. I then booleansplit these out from a 5mm cylinder. And modeled a gear on top of it all.
