Shifted the center of the cylinder cutout for the connector and the cable by 0.25 mm to allow some clearance from the Surface unit. **Original Summary** I like the magnetic charging cable for Microsoft's Surface devices, but it is rather flimsy, and it can get damaged easily. Surface **Pro** especially bends the cable even in a normal use orientation causing a stress damage at the base of the connector. After having gone through a bricked power brick (lol), I decided to design a simple reinforcement for the new charging cable so that I can prolong its life this time. It prints easily and very fast. I wanted to share my potential solution with other Surface fans who are dealing with this annoying issue.
