MicroSwiss NG Extruder Linear Rail Adapter Plate

After getting my NG extruder I was thrilled to try it out and it really is a great little hotend. Having to go back to delrin wheels when I was already using linear rails was just not an option for me longterm. I contacted MicroSwiss and was told they have plans of making an adapter plate of their own but they have no idea when it may be, a few months at the earliest. So I designed my own, this is a direct bolt on replacement to get your NG Extruder onto a MGN12HC linear block using the existing hardware, no extra hardware is needed(besides the rail and carriage block of course). There is also a cable restraint/relief added, hold your hotend cables neatly in place with a zip tie.
