Middle-East Inspired Succulent Planter

I initially designed this planter with a ramp under the soil to cause a waterfall when you watered the plant. The soil soaks the water up too quickly so that doesnt work. The bottom skirt was just for water, but I thought "what the heck" and threw some soil and cat grass seed in there. Inspired by other planters I saw on here, and the picture in my mind which kind of turned out to look like the classic, stereotypical, Middle-Eastern housing.
