Migbot Prusa i3 fan mount

This is a fan mount for Migbot Prusa i3's extruder. It allows you to mount a small 40mm 'cold zone' fan with all 4 screws on the heatsink (as opposed to many parts sandwiched together with just 2 screws). That way, extruder of this printer comes apart much more easily, just in two parts - motor assembly and heatsink assembly, without any screws or washers (or grill) falling out everywhere. It also (kind of) prevents overtightening the screws and cracking fan's shell. It seems that this extruder requires reassembly each time you need to replace the filament, because when a last piece of filament gets stuck in the hotend after the motor, it's very hard to push it through with another filament - the latter just goes anywhere but where it's supposed to go. It should fit very tightly. After that, you can mount your fan onto it.
