I didn't like the drawstring bag that the Jetboil MightyMo came with, so I created this hard-shell case for it. This way the stove is more protected from impacts and water; specifically the electric-ignitor on the top, which seems vulnerable on its own. **Make sure to do a dry fit to ease the plastic parts together¹.** At 0.16 resolution, the case will add **65 grams** to your pack weight. There are two parts, the "Cap"; which is universal; and the "Base", where there are three options: **Loosest Fit:** About 6mm of play inside the case. Used if you want to store a **6-15mm** thick cooking sponge at the bottom (Other than cleaning, the sponge will push the stove up for the best, tightest fit). **Loose Fit:** About 3mm of play inside the case. Used if you want to store a **3-10mm** thick cooking sponge at the bottom (Other than cleaning, the sponge will push the stove up for the best, tightest fit). **Tight Fit**: Used for no cooking sponge storage. The Stove should not rattle (vertically) inside the case. 1) When assembled, do an **initial dry fit** by placing the corners of both "teeth" on the cap inside the base, and press the cap into the base. Do this BEFORE placing the MightyMo inside. While position of the regulator handle doesn't matter, you *must* make sure that the white igniter pin on the top of the stove is in the center so that it rests within the hole of the cap.
