This is a snap on idle speed disc for the Mikuni TM flat slide series of carbs. It also has a reference arrow for multi cylinder engines. I set the idle correctly and synch both carbs, then snap these on each idle speed screw with the arrow pointing up. Then if you need to make idle adjustments on the road you won't get them out of synch, can visually see where they are set, plus is easy to adjust with gloves on. As with all my designs, I draw in inches, you need to scale by 25.4 in most slicers.
