ABOUT THIS 3D MODELMilano is a beautiful bird-inspired starship piloted by self-proclaimed "Star-Lord" Peter Quill in the course of the Guardians of the Galaxy’s adventures within the MCU. Lovingly named the Milano after his boyhood crush Alyssa Milano, Quill uses the elegant M-class spacecraft both as living quarters and in combat. While on a mission, Milano proved to be an exceptionally agile ship, carrying a pair of high-power twin mounted plasma cannons ready to unleash at the bad guys. The interior of the spacecraft is perfectly equipped to accommodate the notorious crew of misfits: Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Gamora, and Drax are always on high alert to set out to save the universe or engage in any outlaw activity! The author of the graceful Milano figurine for 3D printing spent circa 155 hours working on the project for the Star Lord’s pride and joy to be presented in all its glory! The 3D artist made sure to include all delicate elements that distinguish Milano from other spacecraft to travel the universe. Thus, you are to work on the ship’s fine wing-tips, an impressive canopy, and a diamond-shaped observation bubble. The author of the model carefully carved and emphasized a countless number of the model’s details for you to come up with the most realistic Milano possible. Explore the universe with the Guardians of the Galaxy by 3D printing the trademark vehicle of the crew - Milano starship!ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTINGMilano for 3D printing is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 45 hours in total. For you to receive the cleanest 3D printing result possible and to minimize the amount of filament needed for generated support the starship model was divided into many assembly parts, e.g. its wing-tips, diamond-shaped observation bubble, main engine, single engines, canopy frame, cockpit, etc. are provided as separate STL files. The windows on the canopy (+ smaller windows on the ship’s body) are also provided as nine separate files for you to print them using transparent filament or access the highly detailed interior of the Guardian’s cockpit. There can also be found special tunnels throughout the hollow body of Milano that were designed by our team for you to easily introduce LED wiring for illumination of the cockpit, smaller windows, and the main engine. For you to display the Milano model among your spaceship collection there is a stand provided. In order for you to display the 3D printed Star-Lords’s vehicle in different flight modes as if during the battle, the wing-tips and single rear engines were made adjustable with the help of special connectors introduced. All assembly parts are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA/SLS 1.0 versions in PDF format. The model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown. The model's scale was calculated from the actual wingspan of Milano that is 39000 mm. The 3D printing model's chosen scale is 1/100 for FFF/FDM version and 1/200 for DLP/SLA/SLS version.VERSIONS' SPECIFICATIONSFFF/FDM 1.0 version features:- Contains 58 parts;- A printed model is 168 mm tall, 398 mm wide, 183 mm deep;- Assembly kit includes lock 20_Ge_lock_x3 to attach the model's parts securely without glue that needs to be printed 3 times;- Made with adjustable wing-tips and single rear engines for different flight modes during the battle;- Windows on the canopy, as well as smaller windows on the ship's body, are provided separately to be printed with the transparent filament for you to access the highly-detailed cockpit;- Tunnels throughout the starship's body are provided for LED wiring to light up the cockpit, smaller windows, and the main engine;- All parts are divided in such a way that you will print them with the smallest number of support structures.DLP/SLA/SLS 1.0 version features:- Contains 45 parts;- A printed model is 84 mm tall, 199 mm wide, 92 mm deep;- Made with adjustable wing-tips and single rear engines for different flight modes during the battle;- Windows on the canopy, as well as smaller windows on the ship's body, are provided separately to be printed with the transparent filament for you to access the highly-detailed cockpit;- Tunnels throughout the starship's body are provided for LED wiring to light up the cockpit, smaller windows, and the main engine;- All parts are divided in such a way to fit the build plates and to ensure that support structures are generated where needed.WHAT WILL YOU GET AFTER PURCHASE?- STL files of Milano Model for 3D printing which consist of 103 parts;- 2 versions of files for this model for FFF/FDM and DLP/SLA/SLS printers;- High-poly detailed model of Milano;- Assembly Manual for FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA/SLS 1.0 versions in PDF format;- Detailed settings that we provide as a recommendation for Cura , Simplify3D and Slic3r for the best print;- Full technical support from the Gambody Support Team. You can get the model of Milano for 3D Printing immediately after the purchase!
