I designed this for a friend of mine so she could use it for a cosplay at NYCC. I used Fusion 360 and it's first model. I sliced the guard in half so you just have to print 2 for each sai. You may need to sand down the areas they meet. UPDATE: I updated the model a bit so the guard is in 1 piece and made the clearance for the handle peg wider so you shouldn't have to sand it down.
