I picked up a Crema milk thermometer, excellent accuracy all the time. The metal clip that comes with it placed the thermometer right in the middle of the steaming pitcher. I wanted something to hold it back a bit more from the heat.\r\n\r\nI designed this in FreeCAD - design file included for you to see\r\nPrint this out using Proto Pasta's HTPLA and anneal it!\r\n\r\nUpdate 11/13/17: I added a smaller version which I like even better now!
