Milky way stargate led lamp Update: added stargate_wide, a version with a wider led rail to better accomodate 12mm led strips (the basic one was meant for 8mm). Warning: it's a minor mod so it should be alright but i didn't test print it This stargate is designed to fit a 5V led strip with a switch (round hole) and a microusb to dip adapter (rectangular hole + support). The bottom lid is optional, i put one in mostly to make sure that my despicable soldering stays hidden. The led cover is also optional, it fits in the rail together with the led strip, makes the light slightly less piercing and, in my case, adds a blueish shade. The first prototype had a separate rail for the cover but the leds were too deep in the model and the light was too dim. Two led covers are required for the whole circle. I grabbed the glyphs' svgs from Wikipedia, author: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Aleks_Andre Parts: microusb adapter: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07RDHNL9H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 switch: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07J4KB38W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 strip: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07TK1QWJ7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
