This organization system uses individual set trays that can be easily slid in and out of the box to save time during setup and cleaning. There are a total of 129 sets with a total of 1,395 individual cards (excluding pro tour). The sets include __Millennium Blades Core, Set Rotation, and Mini expansions #1-6__. Note that I don't have the __"Game of the Millennium" Upgrade Pack__ alternate card art, so these are not accommodated in the errata insert. This is might be an overkill solution that roughly uses almost 1 kg of filament and can take at least 70 hours of total print time. The total core box weight with the organizer is at least 5 kg and the set rotation is 0.957 kg. The trays are extended by 1 cm above the original bottom lid height to have visible set labels that I simply wrote using a sharpie. I bought 1600 LaTCG mediocre quality penny sleeves from Ebay which have almost no extra vertical coverage and is close to a perfect fit, but is suitable for my needs since they were cheap. If you use different sleeves or opt for no sleeves, this design will likely not be that great as-is. Follow the table for the card count since some sets have 1 or 2 extra cards which alters the required size (though, you could opt to change your tolerances and ignore the differences). (Sorry I'm not including which set names are different numbers, just count them because it varies if you have different mini-expansions) *** |Name|# cards|# sets|Totals Cards| |-|-|-|-| |Bronze|6 |18|108| |Silver| 6| 18| 108| |Gold_1| 6| 11| 66| |Gold_2| 7| 1| 7| |Gold_3| 8| 1| 8| |Coop_Boss_1| 13| 3| 39| |Coop_Boss_2| 14| 1| 14| |Characters| 13| 14| 182| |Meta| 6| 2| 12| |Errata| 16| 1| 16| |Core| 167| 1| 167| |Expansion_1| 12| 13| 156| |Expansion_2| 13| 4| 52| |Premium_1| 12| 12| 144| |Premium_2| 13| 1| 13| |Master_1| 12| 13| 156| |Master_2| 13| 3| 39| |Starters| 9| 12| 108| |Total| x|129| 1395| *** This is my first and likely only iteration of this system, so the overall layout, filament usage, and post processing requirements may not be optimal. If you're serious about printing this, consider making tweaks to fit your needs. Consider maybe making inserts for each set type and having a different kind of divider for individual sets or slightly reducing the tray backing from 1mm. Also, the set rotation player boxes were mostly experimental so I didn't make a plus token tray. A lidded box would be a good idea.
