One tool that's really helped with this is a simple pusher for the rings. It's easy to use and gets the job done in seconds without any hassle. Here's how you can do it: first, place the ring into the lower part of the tool, then position the milling bit with its cutting area down inside the ring, finally take the upper part and gently press down on the milling bit.
