Print the small wiring cover with the side the that the wire exits down.</p></div> Post-Printing</h3> <p>Clean holes up my running appropriate sized drills through them. I printed without supports, so needed to do a bit of clean up on the overhanging rails that the battery slides onto / engages with.</p> <p>Spade terminals are epoxied into the channels in the main body so they don't get pushed back into the adaptor when you slide it onto the battery.</p> <p>Wiring cover is secured with two M3 x 6 self tapping cap head screws.</p> <p>The cable is wired so that the plug that is inserted into the iron is centre positive. Plug is 5.5 x 2.5mm.</p></p></p>
