This is the 3d printable 'hardware' set for the proposed addition of offroad to the Mini 96 World Challenge. This hardware can be used for larger more complex non-HFAY tracks as well. There are 4 total elevations as indicated by the MM size names of the files and an "upper pivot" that goes on each side of a ramp. Ramps for these are intended to be constructed from 1/8" or 3mm plywood as available in your region, the width of the ramp should be 18" or 460mm for 30cm tiles standard tracks and can be widened as appropriate for larger tracks or 50cm tiles. The ramp lengths are intended to be standardized to 4", 6", 8" and 10" for bump, jump, and landing ramps. (for those using a real system of measure that's approximately 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm) The plywood ramp rectangles are recommended to be covered with inexpensive stick on 2mm EPA foam sheets that can be bought from crafting stores or through Amazon - I use this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V5PR459/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 . For printing, I found that 20% or better infill works just fine. The holes in the upright are set in the solid file at 12.7mm and the round part of the mount pegs set at 12mm, please note that your printer will have variances from tolerances with others and clearing the holes might be necessary depending on your printer. Any material should work, PLA seems to hold up just fine for this.
