Mini case for LNA4All low noise amplifier for RTL-SDR radio - remix

I printed the original vented case version of RandyR's thing but found that the size was a wee bit too small for my LMA4ALL board. This rework increases the internal dimensions slightly as well as increasing the wall thickness in order to provide a little bit more sturdiness. I also amended the clip pieces in order to make them more 3D printer friendly as the originals end up being printed in mid-air at one point. One thing to watch out for should you also find the fit a bit tight are the points where the circuit board has been snapped away from its neighbours after the manufacturing stage - there can be small sticky out bits which can be carefully filed away. I have removed the slot for power leads in the original as I power my LNA4ALL using Bias-T from my SDR dongle.
