mini coupling

A tiny coupling is essential for my 3D printer. It involves a coupling piece and a hole. To attach two parts together, subtract the hole from both pieces, then print a coupling and insert it into place. This method allows for overhangs and precise fits, ideal for prototyping or gluing items. The mini-coupling is the key component in these examples, but its versatility extends beyond them. I will use this to connect small parts for an upcoming project! I've successfully printed the mini coupling at layer heights of 0.25 and 0.12, with varying infill percentages and shells. This tiny connector is perfect for attaching a human's overhanging arms to their torso or joining a 1/8 torus for combined printing. Another example includes adding a nose to a cork using the mini-coupling and a pin, where the pin helps push the nose into the cork.
