more pics here https://imgur.com/a/8c70tqn a video I made about this case and the UPS PLus https://youtu.be/RDVZ5eeZSBo OVERVIEW This is a case for a Raspberry Pi 4 with an Original Ice Tower Cooler and a UPS Plus by 52Pi. It also optionally has a mounting location for .96" OLED screen by GeeekPi (although there are other similar screen from other brands). This case can be 3D printed. But also, these GPIO, HDMI and LID sides can laser cut from 3mm thick acrylic or wood. My Mini Desktop cases have a secondary fan that blow cool on the RAM and air across the PCB. In this particular version, you have the option of a 30mm x 7mm fan (relevant parts denoted by 3007 in the file name) or a 40mm x 10mm fan (denoted 4010). The 30x7 fan keeps the screen centered in the fan intake hole. The 40x10 requires that the screen sit off center in the hole. There are optional rails for mounting a 2.5" drive (SSD or laptop harddrive) up to 9mm thick. --- MORE INFO This case is intended to be assembled with m3 x 8mm screws. I prefer to use coutnersunk screws. This wiki has more information about the UPS Plus. https://wiki.52pi.com/index.php/UPS_Plus_SKU:_EP-0136 --- ALL THE THINGS This is the UPS Plus on Ali Express https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002078992911 These numbers are Amazon item numbers - something messed up all my previous Amazon links. So I'm not posting entire links, just item numbers. Google these numbers and you'll find the Amazon listing for the item. These are not affiliate links. This is the Ice Tower that works with this case. B07V35SXMC This is the 4010 secondary fan that matches the Ice Tower fan. B082X1W7M5 This is the 3007 secondary fan with Blue LEDs. There are no color changing LED fans in this size that I am aware of. B08X4JR6VT Both of these fan sets come with the required fans to mount them in their respective mounts. This is a 5 pack of the screen. B0833PF7ML This screen *looks* right, but I haven't actually tried it. B07FK8GB8T THESE SCREENS WITH THE ROUNDED CORNERS AND SLOTTED SCREW HOLES WILL NOT WORK!!! B094HLMFNN These are some appropriate countersunk m3 x 8mm screws. There are 16 screws of this size in this case. B078YWQWNV These are appropriate screws for mounting the screen on the carrier. There are either 2 or 4 of these screws in this case. Shame that these screens don't come with the screws. B07YS8NR4J There are little cylinders on the bottom of the case and on the bottom of the rails for rubber feet. B07QW58TZH --- SLICING I intended this to be printing at .24mm layer height. DUCT: the duct parts may need a raft. It needs support to. Support ONLY FROM BUILDPLATE. And you can block the support under the screw holes - those tall thin supports always break off and may spaghettify and leave artifacts on the print. The HDMI recess, the SD cars slot, the USB lower ports, and the BOTTOM feature Sacrificial Layers. These are single layers that cover the holes. These make the support unnecessary and make the surface around the ports more orderly. I suggest cutting these sacrifical layer membranes out with a shard X-acto knife. The BOTTOM part does need support around the edges where it slide into the slots on the USB and SD side. The RAILS do not need support. Again your slicer will try to make a thin tall support that will probably break off, spaghettify and leave artifacts.
