Remix of obijuan's excellent Mini-Dome scad code: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26860 (Unfortunately thingiverse' remix search doesn't work, or I can't get it to work) Everything in scad format: - Added holes to connectors that scale with the connectors. -- Good for the following: ---- Saving on filament. ---- Using for foil anchor when using dome as greenhouse. ---- Makes it easy to see if the sticks are fully in the connector holes/ ---- Added benefit of looking pretty. - Added feet connectors. - Added clamp connector to clamp foil to the feet connectors. - Added stick generation. - is_hex_connector_perpindicular can be used to make sticks perpindicular to mini_dome_hexa and mini_dome_penta. - Only shared_variables.scad need modifiy for different stick lengths, diameters, etc and documentation in the scad code. - Little script for calculating dome height from given diameter incase anything happens to https://simplydifferently.org/Geodesic_Dome_Notes?page=3#2V/L2 Todo: - Script to automate creating STL files from OpenSCAD. - Finish script to calculate dome height for the different domes and generate diagrams to help assemble dome. - Improve documentation and creation examples.
