mini faux red dot sight

mini faux red dot sight

This is a fake red dot sight I design as a replacement for the rear sight on my Gecko nerf blaster. It is installed onto the Gecko using the same 2 screws the rear sight mounts with. The sight has interchangeable sight pictures. Chose whichever you prefer and glue it into place! I also created a picatinny mount for the mini faux red dot so you can mount it onto any picatinny rail. The picatinny mount requires two M3x30mm screws and two M3 nuts. You will also need two M2.5x5mm screws (commonly known as "motor screws" in the nerf hobby) to attach the mini red dot to the picatinny mount. The sight frame should be printed with it's front face on the print bed. Same goes for the sight pictures. If you can't get the model rotated properly, use the "lay flat"(in Cura) button to get it flat against the bed. If you are interested in the Gecko, more information can be found in the description of this Etsy listing: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/957928696/the-gecko-3d-printed-foam-dart-blasting?ref=shop_home_active_1&crt=1
