Inspired by the [commercial product of the same name](http://www.flockit.com/index.php/products/suede-tex/suede-tex-applicators/mini-flocker-applicator-flock.html). If you, like me, want to flock your dashboard or anything else with Suede-Tex but can't find a suitable flocking applicator in your home country, this is for you. There should be enough clearance for the two pieces to fit directly. If not, simply sand the longer tube down slightly.
