Mini Joystick for Nintendo Classic gamepad

I bought these Nintendo USB classic gamepads in Microcenter awhile back to play retro games on my Raspberry Pi. I tested the joystick out on a simple game and on joystick input program written in Python that I found in some book shown in a picture. It does the necessary contact for the 8 directions and it's pretty sturdy IMHO. I provided one Joystick with embedded arrows and another without the arrows. It's very important to have a half sphere on the bottom tip but since I printed it out standing on the rounded tip, for some reason the tip came out flat even with supports.. So, I just snipped the plastic trying to copy the original black piece.
