I have printed these https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2560820 but they didn’t fit my type of 3-jaw chuck. My bad, I should have looked closely earlier...but that motivated me redesign it to work on my lathe! So in case your lathe has these types of jaws, like mine, now they fit!
