A minimalistic LED moving head to be controlled via DMX. See 'instructions tab' for more information. Instructions 3d design A minimalistic moving head designed for.... easy printing (no overhangs, do note that some of the stl's are not rotaded for printing to be better presented on the web) easy mounting (snap mounted + few screws (actually works fine for me without a single screw used). Tilt servo haven't any screw holes yet but snaps fine into the turnable, worst case some glue... exchangable enclosure for different electronic configurations three 10mm LED's mounted on a stripboard fit's into the head (controlled via PWM) Electronics A proof of concept DMX reciever based on arduino/atmega328p. Still without optocouplers nor DMX output. I haven't finalized the number of buttons etc for manual control (i.e. channel selection) Software Arduino code to be published at a later time. It's working but is not yet feature complete. In it's current shape it recieves DMX512 and uses four DMX channels (PAN, TILT, DIM, STROBE). Needs some additional code like eeprom setting of DMX start channel and a interface to change it. Video on the proof of concept at http://youtu.be/BR4XgU2TIvo
