Remix of a remix here. The original design is the Mini-Me V4 Lightweight Ender 3 Hot End Duct. The MinionD Ender 3 Dual Duct was a remix of that design which made some nice improvements to the original design like thicker duct walls and a press fit design.

My remix builds off of both of those designs to enlarge the air inlets slightly as well as modifying the press fit region to fit an Ender 3 V2 cooling fan. I'm not sure if the stock fan on the V2 is the same as the stock Ender 3 but my fan didn't fit. So I changed that inlet size and adjusted my model so that it can be printed without supports. I also changed the side vent design to help reduce the hot end fan backpressure.

I prefer to use a support enforcer in PrusaSlicer to only print supports where the cooling fan presses in. Everywhere else should be fine. I've included a photo of where this should be located.

Other settings:

0.20 layer height

Support with enforcers only

Proto Pasta Carbon Fiber PETG
