This is an adapter I designed to fit a 120mm fan on top of a Chinese mini PC. The mounting blocks are spaced 138mm to fit a common design available on Aliexpress. Printed with an ender 3. Lay the object on the fan side. With a 0.6mm nozzle, 2 vertical and 2 horizontal layers, 20% infill you'll get a functional print at only 19g weight. Print time is 45 min - 1 hour based on speed. Edit: I've added a couple photos of the adapter mounted on my mini pc.
