Mini Plunge Router

Mini Plunge Router

thingiverse

A small plunge router attachment for Dremel. You can modify it for another mini drill e.g. Proxxon. Instructions PLA, printed with 0.5 nozzle and 0.5mm layer thickness. With a little cleaning up, the thread detail was good enough for the Dremel threaded neck to fit. Same for the depth adjusting M8 bolt. Post-print drill the guide bushing with an M8 drill. Lubricate with a puff of silicone or PTFE spray. Safety Even a mini drill deserves respect for safety sake! As the spindle is mounted on the threaded nose only, it can easily be overloaded.
