Mini S R53 Stealth Cold Air Intake

Stealth Version of a Cold Air Intake for the Mini S R53! Use the Template to Drill the Hole into the fire plate in the right position and also the Template-Lid to Mark the Cutting Edge (inner edge) on the outside of the Lid. I used a Dremel within a milling cutter for Wood/Plastic! If you want to shut down the original Ram Air Inlet on the front, you can print the Cap and for MOT (in Germany TÜV) you can print the Shut down Cap to close it back up. DONT Print it in PLA!!! Highly recommended is ABS or PETG, high Infill (70%) and for a smooth look (if you want to paint it...) 0.1 Layer height! I used a Standard K&N Filter RU-3190! You also need a good Glue wich is able to handle PP / ABS / PETG! And to seal the whole thing (between fire plate and Airbox) up you need 10mmx10mm self-adhesive EPDM / Neopren tape! Or like me, Ive laserd it out of a plate EPDM... At least you can use the sealing of an old Airfilter between the top and bottom of the Airbox or like me you can also use the 10x10mm Tape!
